What kind of Lentils should I buy?

Okay, need some more input.

I am now going to be buying my 3 months worth of sprouting seeds. I'm going to

be getting some organic lentils. They look and taste completely different from

the ones on my grocery shelf.

so I have a decision to make.

The choices? French Blue, Red, Green or something called Festive Mix which is a

mix of all three.

the red lentils are the cheapest if I buy them alone. Can I sprout them and toss

them in my salads? Are there any benefits to buying the Festive mix or is this

just the various colors.

I need to save money, so the Red Lentils would be more economical for me.
