Guest guest
Yes O.K to eat if you can. The sprouts remained soggy in the fridge, that is why slimy. Nexttime blot them well in a cotton cloth before submitting them to the fridge. They have only been in the fridge for a few days and they smell fine but they're slimy. I've never had a batch do that. If I rinsed them would they be ok to eat? Guest guest
Don't use the lid but a cotton napkin to cover. Let the water vapors migrate to the cold surrounding and keep the stuff dry.
