Yes O.K to eat if you can. The sprouts remained soggy in the fridge, that is why

slimy. Nexttime blot them well in a cotton cloth before submitting them to the

fridge.

Ok, so my last batch of beans sprouts have gone slimy. They have only

in the fridge for a few days and they smell fine but they're slimy. I've

never had a batch do that. If I rinsed them would they be ok to eat?

Don't use the lid but a cotton napkin to cover. Let the water vapors migrate to

the cold surrounding and keep the stuff dry.
