Question about Liquid Kelp

Here I go again with my stupid questions.

Okay, this time it's about the container of Liquid Kelp that is sitting in my

cabinet. Got it from Gardens Alive. Been in that cabinet for about two years. I

know I probably asked this before but I'm asking this again (along with another

stupid question).

First question. Does this stuff ever go bad. I usually use it when I'm dunking

and draining my round green trays that are plump with sprouts. I get the bowl of

cool water, add a few drops of the liquid kelp, dunk the sprouts, put on

dishrack. That's what I do. Don't do this at every dunking, but I that's what I

do.

So what is the storage life of Liquid Kelp? Should I throw this out. A few

drops GO A LONG WAY, and this bottle seems to go on forever. I don't want to be

putting any expired stuff in my sprouts. So if you tell me to toss it, I'll toss

it. Should I have put this in my fridge when I bought it?

Now my second stupid question, AND THIS ONE'S A BEAUTY.

I have read on various sites that Liquid Kelp contains arsenic.

Holy Cow. It contains arsenic?

Help please (EW, you MUST know the answer to that one).

Thanks much

Melody
