What do you use to get out the moisture from your sprouts?

Hi

I don't spin my sprouts. I just put them in the window (sun) to dry and green up

for more nutrition. I line a plastic container with a paper towel, to soak up

any extra water. I end up putting new papertowels in there before the sprouts

are used up.

Is there a " gizmo " that is relatively inexpensive to get rid of the water? Is it

necessary? I do not want to buy anything right now. I live on partial Social

Security. It is too hard.
