Guest guest
Hi Elvira: Just my petals of thoughts on magnesium. Most magnesium tablets and capsules are not easily assimilated in our bodies meaning our bodies may not get the dosage that's stated on the bottle. I found, and so have others, that magnesium dissolved in hot water and then consumed has a much better chance being assimilated. If you want to try this you can crush your magnesium tablet, add boiling water, dissolve, let cool and drink it. Before I found magnesium in powder form, I crushed one tablet and measured it using the little kitchen measuring spoons that are marked. I then took the entire bottle and powdered it in my coffee grinder. Was easy to just scoop out whatever I needed for the day for my liquid magnesium drink. Now remember you need other minerals in addition to magnesium unless you are trying to correct an imbalance in your body short term with the addition of the extra magnesium. Hope this helps, Rosie Re: KC????? [] Collier House closes after mold infests attic, cellar OK, I was told to take 800 mg of Magnesium by TwinLab what do you think about that?
