Guest guest
As often as you wish. I prefer every other day to see how long the effects last, but there's no reason you couldn't do it daily or even twice a day if you chose to. Guest guest
Pete, I am working with a 9 yo who has close to 18% beta and hi beta at his temporals but does not have the disconnect pattern. I want to train beta and hi beta percent down. I am thnking of using your Bio Ex SMR % with beats design -- chaning the SMR to 15-38 and also changing the "increase" to decrease. Given the way you set up the design, would you recommend this? Any problems doing this? Guest guest
, Why not just use the 2C Squish (or, if the alpha levels are low, the 2C WS alpha temporal protocol)? Those are both designed to train down fast activity, and both are two-channel. If you use the SMR protocol, that is a one-channel protocol, so you'll only be training one side.
