Guest guest
Hey Barb, I did not follow an actual so called diet, by that I mean it does not have a specific name. Tho my son calls it " mom's way to good poopin. " My daughter calls it " mom's no more pukin diet. " So, you take your pick. hehehe I read alot, and had alot of good insite from members here. I decided after all I read and heard that there is no way to do it, other than all at once. You can't just do organic and say it didn't work. You can't just cut out yeast and say it didn't work, or just cut out dairy and say it didn't work. It doesn't work that way. You have to do it all at the same time. Then like we are, try adding things back in very slowly. And wait for a response. Like the potatoes I added 8 days ago. Bad response from my daughter and myself. So, that will not be added again for a VERY long time. A 4 days ago I added organic non-homogenized milk to my sons diet (he has never seemed to have any dairy problems) so far no problems (but I limit it). The same day I added organic, non-homogenized lactose free milk (with digestive enzymes) to my daughters diet so she could have milk with breakfast (limit hers too). So far no problems, and for her I would have known the very first day. Now I will wait for a week and add something else. However, I will keep everything organic, no sugar, no yeast, no gluten for a VERY long time. I was told by one of the fathers at the kids school who has also been doing this for one year, to go in 2 week increments. Make sure you do it for atleast 2 weeks(be strict) you will be able to see improvement, then 2 more weeks, and you will see more improvements, and then 2 more and so on. So, that is what I am doing. The first 2 weeks was a testimonial for me. I had always fed my kids VERY healthy foods, to the point that parents thought I was a bit nutz. But, apparently it wasn't healthy enough. The father at our school said his daughter was diagnosed with some digestive disorder, but there really was no treatment for it. (like my daughter-but different type) She couldn't eat anything, it all made her sick. But, he did it just like I am all at the same time and now she has a good life. He has found the trigger foods and they stay away from those. But, everything is organic non the less. If you would like me to simplify it private e-mail me and I'll give you the things we leave out, and the things that are okay, and a sort of daily diet, this will make it easier to understand. Guest guest
>>On Behalf Of While on the stomach bloating topic. My husband and my daughter both looked like they were about 5 months pregnant. Since starting this new way of eating it has went down tremendously. My daughter is very thin, the inherited type of thin, like her father, and grandfather. Her stomach has bothered her, as it has been sort of big, she even noticed her stomach has gotten smaller. My son 6 said to my husband the other day, " Dad you don't look pregnant anymore, what happened. " So yes the way you eat does make a difference. >> and all, I looked about 8 months pregnant after my toxic mold exposure. In those days I had no clue what was going on and neither did my wonderful internist. We had to learn the hard way. I was eating a very good diet, restricted specifically for my Lupus, mostly organic yet I still bloated. I had to learn how to eat for my mold induced illness as well as my Lupus. As you said, eating a healthy organic diet isn't enough, it must be specific for our current situation and I've found it changes at times. Guest guest
Sounds alot like the candidas diet I was on and am about to go back on. I never felt better in my life really.
