Guest guest Posted January 30, 2010 Report Share Posted January 30, 2010 Any suggestions on how to increase the amount of sprouts I'm getting in my diet via various recipes- ie salads, smoothies etc. I generally eat them after mixing them w/ avacado and other veggies and slop them on some romaine wraps....I'd like to increase my intake as I know they are super healthy but have run out of ways to prepare them....any ideas wouls be appreciated!
