Guest guest
Hi Everyone again I read that one can get only 2 cutting of grass for wheat grass. Does anyone know why? Is it because of growing the grass in shallow trays? Lack of organic fertilier? I am experimenting and growing some batches in plastic milk bottles, cut just at the bottom of the handle. This increases the depth to about 4 inches. Has anyone tried this to get more cuttings. I am using a sea kelp with every watering. Any suggestions on this? I am also using only organic seeds, as I found out the NON organic hard red winter wheat gets molding very quickly. I have not had a smidgen of mold or fungus since switching to organic seed (another need-to-get on my list). Re:sprouting rice Also, Lungren has an organic brown short grain rice. Has anyone tried to sprout their brand? Thanks ahead for any help on these questions. Happy Sprouting Diane
