I probably would've jumped out of the plane after four hours!!! You missed the wedding??!! Thank God it's all behind you now....maybe, one day you will laugh about it......like I do, after a mishap......
Guest guest
Diane, I'll answer after my morning clients. Unless anyone else wants to jump in... Jan glandular fever Hi everyone, I have been successfully calming down anger and aggression in a teenage girl with right temporal training. Recently she has been very tired and I thought I might have been calming her too much, but blood tests now show that she has glandular fever. I was wondering about the suitability of continuing with neurofeedback in this situation. She is only part way through her training program. Looking forward to your suggestions. Guest guest
Hi Dianne, Life gets in the way. This time spending about 6 hours at Emergency with a neighbour who lost the plot. I'm not such a willing samaritan, it was just that once we were at the hospital we couldn't bail out. That's all apropos of nothing except it's a few days later. Meanwhile, I have it on good authority that training at 14 Hz will re-set the circadian rhthms. It seems there are bursts of sleep spindles at 14Hz which can be seen on the raw wave-form, though I must confess I haven't seen them. The advice is to have a training sessions before and after. I haven't 'jetted' across time zones lately, but when I do I will have my laptop with me! Let me know.... So you down train 14 Hz. Where exactly do you train?
