Hrm... On the bottle of G.T.'s Kombucha, it says their tea is ferminted for 30

days. Doesn't that sound a bit long? Although... I do notice that I get a

pretty nice buzz off of G.T.'s. More than the stuff I bottle at the house.

When I first started with making Kombacha, I had a batch that was

about 3 weeks old.

But the temp. in room was not that high.

Now I am putting in the hot room in house, and it all happens

quicker.

Hi Scoby Steve,

It was my assumption that it was brewed via continuous fermentation

so that there were compounds present that are only present after long

fermentation and after quick fermentation. This, however, is only my

assumption...

You get a buzz from the G.T.'s too, huh? LOL I'm REALLY glad to

hear it; I thought it was just ME (and I couldn't figure out why,

considering the alcohol content is supposed to be so low!) :o)

Bottoms up!
