No lister has the right to tell another they should go back to lurking when they themselves are not following the guidelines. Gil is a mostly hands off owner/moderator and I think we should be appreciative of his giving us a " sprouting " list. I, also, have been on the list for a number of years and I think many emails are totally inappropriate on this list.
