Hi Sherry!

After I cook the sprouted rice, I either eat it plain or use it in a

recipes as one would with any dish that has rice mixed in. It is so

delicious and sweet.

But you could sautee some onion, garlic, red bell peppers (all organic)

and add those in.

Maybe with some sprouted lentils. Mmmm. The list goes on.

It also just occurred to me it would make a nice breakfast treat by

adding raisins and almonds to the cooking water, like you would with

oatmeal.

There are many East Indian spices that could be added too. They have

combination of spices already mixed, like tea masala, that would be good

with this sweet rice dish. The spices for Chai would be good too. Or

substitute pistachios for the almonds.

Then there are the Mexican spices like cumin. Maybe adding some canned

or roasted green chilis (not the hot kind), some cumin, chopped carrots,

tomatoes, fresh parsley.

Maybe add some tofu and make veggie rice burritos.

Boy the list ready does go on. It is making my hungry!

So either I eat it plain or make up a recipe that would go good with rice.

Have fun experimenting.

Happily sprouting,

Diane
