Say,

IS the ginger beer alcoholic or non?

How much do you need to send some of these items. I mostly am

interested in kefir, and posisbly ginger beer

Yummy stuff my gran used to make.....

Any ginger beer, I make will contain alcohol.

As I dimly recall the " beer " is made like

a mead. Of course, there is " ginger ale " which

is just a sugar rich carbonated drink.

The commercial ginger beer is also nonalcohol carbonated.

Nicer flavour than ginger ale, more gingery, not so 7-up ish.

Home-made you use yeast to provide the carbonation.
