Well, thanks to Thia's link I've ordered a yogurt cone and a recipe book for the

yogurt cheese. I'm so excited! I'll share the recipes if I find some good

ones. Melody, if you're interested, the cone was $9.00.

Nine bucks is nothing!!! But I'm not making my own yogurt right now. I'm buying

the Probiotic 32 oz for $2.00. to me, it's cost effective.

I'll go back to making my own homemade yogurt after the summer.

But I am converting the Probiotic yogurt into greek yogurt. Did it yesterday.

And wait until you see my new video on my fenugreek. I'm adding a new post in

two seconds.

Okay Melody.   You can't make yogurt as cheap as that!   I'd buy it too!

The cone is for " converting " regular yogurt into greek yogurt, or yochee.

It is a funnel with a mesh strainer attached.
