You Must Have Living Kombucha to make Kombucha

Hi EveryOne,

You must have _living Kombucha_, either Kombucha tea or a Kombucha colony or

preferably both, to make more Kombucha. You cannot do it any other way! You

may get mother of vinegar if you use unpastuerized vinegar but that is not

Kombucha. You may also get a toxic soup if you just use sugar, tea and water

and let it sit, it won't produce Kombucha but it will produce mold.

Therefore be sure to start with a genuine Kombucha Colony (SCOBY) and some

Kombucha tea. After all, you are going to have generations to use and share

with others all from that first Kombucha SCOBY and tea.
