I am sitting here eating these wonderful wheat sprouts.

They are about 1 " long and are are half green. They are

like eating sweet tender grass.

I have never tasted wheat grass juice or Rejuvelac.

What makes wheat grass juice healthier than the sprouts?

Obviously, it would have less sugar.

Why is Rejuvelac better than just eating plain rye sprouts?

Both of these things require a lot of effort. Sprouts

require very little effort in comparison.

Has anyone here tried these?

Thanks. It is good to be amongst like-minded .

This is my first post.

-----* Actually, it *is* sweet tender grass. ;~)

-----* Not likely. But it would have less fiber. (Juicing it removes

the fiber. The sugar would still be in the juice. Bear in mind:

sugar without fiber makes it higher glycemic. Please note: I'm *not*

saying grass juice is high glycemic- I have no idea how much sugar it

has.) Many folks juice it, because they feel that the fiber in grass

is too tough for human consumption.

----* It's apples and oranges. You can get both, from the same batch.

(I personally don't care for rejuvelac. Tastes much like fizzy lemon

aid.)

----* Rejuvelac is fairly easy! But yes, juicing takes effort, and equipment!
