Will. You had asked for an explanation of the statement " salt is an enzyme

inhibitor " . I went to great lengths to find that reference information,

type it, and send it to you and the list. That is the piece that you

deleted. I assume it is no longer around because I did not see it come

through. It had been trimmed, but left enough to tie it back to the

original statement.

Did you read it?

Just a note, I saw the information you sent come through twice.

I personally do not know if I agree with the information myself. I use to be a

no salt person. I was never so sick in my life, plus that is what triggered my

thyroid problems.

I now use all the " real salt " I want (I am still not a huge salt eater, but do

not limit myself either). I have been healthier and feel better too. Plus my

blood pressure has gone down. I use to get palpitations of the heart all the

time and that too is better.

I do attribute many of my problems to the lack of salt in my diet.
