I went to great lengths to find that reference information, type it, and send it to you and the list. That is the piece that you deleted. I assume it is no longer around because I did not see it come through. It had been trimmed, but left enough to tie it back to the original statement. Guest guest Posted July 25, 2006 Report Share Posted July 25, 2006 , Just a note, I saw the information you sent come through twice. I personally do not know if I agree with the information myself. I use to be a no salt person. I was never so sick in my life, plus that is what triggered my thyroid problems. I now use all the " real salt " I want (I am still not a huge salt eater, but do not limit myself either). I have been healthier and feel better too. Plus my blood pressure has gone down. I use to get palpitations of the heart all the time and that too is better. I do attribute many of my problems to the lack of salt in my diet.
