I've gone to back-to-back-to-back nutritional conferences this month and I've

been

garnering the best of the best advice from the experts in the tradtional foods

arena. These

meetings include AcresUSA, the Weston A. Price Foundation annual meeting plus an

8 hour

workshop by JERRY BRUNETTI.

I've carefully referenced all this information but some of it was SO IMPORTANT I

felt

obliged to get it out as best I could to all my friends and acquaintences. I've

listed them in

a new file called CONFUSED ABOUT VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTATION? in our section under

FILES.

Please give it a read and let me know what you think. I realized that this is

JUST THE

BASICS. Almost everyone will need to add something to this based on their

pre-existing

conditions but really, most people ask me for what I'd recommend for the BARE

MINIMUM.

Add your own accordingly.

B-12 (everyone over 50 needs the sub-lingual tabs for sure)

VITAMIN D
