Guest guest Posted September 21, 2006 Report Share Posted September 21, 2006 I'm in a time and energy pinch tonight so we are having: Salmon Patties (made from wild alaskan canned salmon I keep in the pantry for emergencies) Leftover Mashed Potatoes Mixed Vegetables (just Sno-pak from the co-op) Fresh Red Raspberries with Fresh Raw Cream (from MVV) and Fresh-pressed Apple Cider (w/o preservatives that I picked up this afternoon along with the raspberries at Carpenter Nature Center) What do you all do for quick but healthy meals?
