Guest guest Posted June 10, 2004 Report Share Posted June 10, 2004 For the next two months I will have completely free days and I want to implement yoga and meditation into my BFL training program. Does anyone here practice yoga and meditation? How could I plan the timing of my meals with the above aspects six days per week? I would like to start my day at 5 or 6 a.m. and go to bed by 8 or 9 p.m. I plan to really pick up the pace and push myself to the limit.
