What to do with Really overripe bananas...

I have some organic bananas that are very overripe-the skins are black. I

usually freeze them for smoothies before they get to this point, but too late

now! I don't want to use them for the " traditional " banana bread- it is usually

too sweet for me and doesn't really appeal. I haven't had good luck with the

banana bread recipe in NT. I don't really want to soak flour, but I do have

some sprouted spelt flour or coconut flour I could use. I also have buttermilk

from MVV. I don't mind baking something in the oven because I have a

chicken that I'll probably end up roasting in there today (as I haven't figured

out how to use the rotisserie on my new grill yet and don't have the time or

patience to figure it out today). Any ideas???

TIA,

Kathy
