Guest guest Posted June 17, 2004 Report Share Posted June 17, 2004 I don't know if they sell the Atkins bagels in your area, but they are extremely high in fiber (around 9-11g, I think) and obviously low in carbs. Plus, they actually taste good! I'm not a big bagel eater, but I really like the Atkins onion and cinammon raisin ones. Yes, they are expensive, but as I said, I don't eat a whole lot of them. I keep the package in the refrigerator and it keeps for a couple of weeks. Eaten with cottage cheese, it's proportioned right for BFL. M.
