Guest guest
Not necessarily - you're supposed to do a totally different exercise for that muscle group for the very last set of 12 Last two sets of 12 reps? > For the last two sets of 12 do I use the same poundage? > > > > > >
Guest guest
Hi , Your first set of the last 12 should be the same exercise you've been doing and you should drop the weight some. The last set of 12 is supposed to be a different exercise for the same body part at whatever weight you choose. It should still be challenging though. Here's an example: Dumbbell Bench press - x12 10 lbs x10 15 lbs x8 20 lbs x6 25 lbs x12 20 lbs Dumbell Flyes - x12 15 lbs Hope this helps! Last two sets of 12 reps? For the last two sets of 12 do I use the same poundage?
Guest guest
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If i am doing a more difficult exercise I sometimes decrease my weight, like flyes as my last set I lift less then with Dumbbell Bench Presses, same with Side Raises. I think it takes time to figure out what works, what is too much and what is not enough just make sure your final set feels like a level 10.
