Guest guest
After being on Luvox for about 10 years, I went off of it the summer of 2005. It took me two months to wean off, and I had withdrawal symptoms for at least a month after that. I swore I would never go back on an SSRI, but I need one. I missed my dose today, and I feel weird. Guest guest
Wow, Dave! I am so sick of tracking symptoms. I even graph them, trying to make connections and see cycles. During the worst of my episodes, I feel hypoglycemic. I guess I need to start testing BG. I've been on an episode for the last couple of weeks. I attribute it to some bad spiro but am not sure. My BP did come right down with different spiro though. Ya' know, there is hardly anything written about this aspect of PA? If you look in the files, I have captured comments from members about symptoms, anxiety, etc. Val From: hyperaldosteronism [mailto:hyperaldosteronism ] On Behalf Of bigdogdkiedrow Ditto Val. I too get all the symptoms you mention. Although I am on Inspra. The anxiety, sweats & tremors are the worst for me. I will actually soak my clothing while those around me are wearing coats. The anxiety will be bad enough that if someone calls me, I nearly jump out of my skin! Then things settle down and I go through a period (like now) where these symptoms mostly go away. I have yet to identify a trigger except that my blood sugars and my BP seem to be in a similar cycle. I need to try and track all 3 to see if they are inter-related. ~Dave K. > Sue, I don't know if all my symptoms are of PA although many in this group have similar symptoms. When I'm off spiro, I get horrible tremor, sweats, brittleness, shakes, anxiety. I have it on spiro also, but it is not constant and is not as bad. Right now, I'm recovering from having gotten some bad spiro. I would give my right arm for AVS by a competent doc. > > Val > > From: hyperaldosteronism [mailto:hyperaldosteronism ] On Behalf Of Sue james > > What did going off the spiro for 6 weeks > do to you. ..
