My dogs got to be some of the testers and they loved the food. I have

probably had 400 dogs on Will's dog diet between being a pet owner,

breeding and rescue work. I did the raising healthy mothers to have healthy

puppies part. I was amazed at how you can take a broken down, abused dog and

fix them up into a healthy dog with good food, a little love and a very

occasional antibiotic. They were also spay/neutered and placed in companion

homes. Some of my foster dogs now have special jobs like guarding sheep on a

farm.

We have coyotes and fox here and they eat mostly rabbits. They eat every

part. Might see a bit of fur around the kill site. I watch the stools and

they also eat plums and berries along the creek, greens, and also things

like corn from a farmers field during the summer. They also appreciate

Thanksgiving and like wild turkey. They eat everything but the feathers.

The coyote and wild prey animals are suppose to keep each other in balance.

Not enough wild critters and coyotes kill livestock, kill all the coyotes

and people complain that wild turkey are a problem. No wild animals or

livestock and coyotes move into the city and eat pets and/or produce smaller

litters. If people start shooting coyotes, the remaining ones just have

larger litters. All about balance.

I love the name Wild at Heart because it is exactly what your dog would

want to eat if he was still wild.
