Yes, if you wrap yourself in plastic you can dehydrate yourself to an insane

degree and possibly lose some pounds and inches. It's all water, potentially

dangerous, and very temporary though.

OK...rookie question here

I heard the other day from a male friend who is a bodybuilder of

sorts and he said a popular trick to melt that last bit of fat off

of your trouble spots is to buy these rubber shorts that will make

you sweat a lot more during your workouts. I have also heard that

saran wrap has the same effect. I am confused....does this really

work??? Does more sweat off my rear mean that I am burning more fat

there??? I certainly do not want to wear saran wrap on my legs when

I jog if this is all just a myth! Any insight would be greatly

appreciated =-)
