Guest guest
Yes, if you wrap yourself in plastic you can dehydrate yourself to an insane degree and possibly lose some pounds and inches. It's all water, potentially dangerous, and very temporary though. Here's an article on body wrapping. Hopefully the link won't get cut in half. Wrapped in Promises http://abcnews.go.com/sections/GMA/GoodMorningAmerica/GMA010726Body_wraps_featur\ e.html OK...rookie question here I heard the other day from a male friend who is a bodybuilder of sorts and he said a popular trick to melt that last bit of fat off of your trouble spots is to buy these rubber shorts that will make you sweat a lot more during your workouts. I have also heard that saran wrap has the same effect. I am confused....does this really work??? Does more sweat off my rear mean that I am burning more fat there??? I certainly do not want to wear saran wrap on my legs when I jog if this is all just a myth! Any insight would be greatly appreciated =-)
