I was kind of confused by the selection, so I just went for the light. Also, I've been reading some conflicting views on adding a bit of fruit to your Myoplex shake in the blender. Guest guest Posted May 18, 2004 Report Share Posted May 18, 2004 I'm one to get bored quickly, so I use Myoplex some days, and other days I mix fruit with Simply Whey and water in the blender. SW is just protein powder that you scoop measure out in scoops for a serving (as opposed to the packets Myoplex or Myoplex Lite come in.) That way you can add the carbs you want/need.
