So, what you can do is browse through the Supertraining archives by going to our home page at: <supertraining> Next, click on " Messages " on the left hand side of the page and go hunting. If you think that any older topics need some further discussion, by all means use the same title and add your own comments. There is also some interesting information under the " Files " section, so visit there periodically.
