Guest guest
There is no scientific evidence that 10 minutes riding a bike and stretching is effective for warming up the body for a strength session. Performing exercises at low intensity will not " warm-up " the same muscle fiber one will use in a 80% 1RM exercise. Is there any research about this topic? What do you think? Is there any benefit in doing this traditional warm-up? Thank you! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!
