Guest guest Posted March 22, 2006 Report Share Posted March 22, 2006 After opening we store ours above the stove in a dark cupboard. We like taking it as a liquid oil (above 70 degrees). If the oil solidifies then we put ours in a bowl of warm water until liquid then we take it. some like a solid oil then they will keep the open jar in the fridge. Or it will be stored open and in the fridge if the person takes some time to finish the jar. The unopened jars should be stored in a dark cool place. The cooler the better (fridge if you have room).
