Guest guest
If you haven't noticed the plethora of raw vegetable cookbooks of late, I thought I would mention that quite a number of them are pretty good from the standpoint of taste. Some quite unusual recipes. My favorite is The Raw Gourmet, and I think I'm going to break down and buy their little spiral cutter (non-electric). That said, I have noticed that the raw fruits/vegetable diets are very energy consumptive from the standpoint of gadgets to help you process the food.... food processors, juicers, etc. It seems to me the energy- embedment diminishes the overall spirit of the concept a bit. Maybe that's an errnoneous perspective on my part.
