Guest guest
I love Bragg ACV too and use it with oil for salad dressing. Some people use lemon juice with water and that will cut the heartburn too. Or if the ACV doesn't work he might want to be tested for H Pylori. The H Pylori loves high acid and then you will need to reduce the acid and take oil of Oregano to kill the H Pylori bug. That took care of my heartburn/acid reflux problem. Beat taking a two week course of 2 anti-biotics instead. Mark Rieb, MD and naturopath in Lakeville could help with the issue and my insurance paid for it too.....because he is a MD. DGL really helps before meals, plenty of water and for me, avoiding all grains and dairy. I can only tolerate small amounts of raw cheese or kefir occasionally. This girl loves her cheese and it is hard to stay off of it. Jeanne
