Guest guest
I was looking forward to school starting so that we would have a more " regular " schedule and I could get back to making nice dinners on a more consistent basis...But we are busy! Everything is starting again for the family- piano, choir, art club, Lego Robotics, scouts, sports (volleyball for now), prayer groups, etc. among other committees and things. Tonight we have a night at home together so I managed to make the following which we call in it's many variations " The Greek Meal " : Dolmas and Olives (purchased pre-made at Kowalski's) Organic Feta Cheese Organic Field Greens with Chiogga Beets and Fresh Oregano Dressing Pastured Roast Rack of Lamb French Green Beans Organic Brown Rice with Lemon and Olive Oil (this is a remedy for intestinal disorders as we have been passing around some kind of mild virus in the last week) For dessert, we will have plain kefir with raw honey. The other night we had Reuben Sandwiches with Sauerkraut from Camphill and Apple Cider. This weekend I am going to make a big pot of Buffalo Chili. Do you notice a Fall theme here? So what are YOU cooking??? Kathy
