Guest guest
To anyone, I am writing to ask what experiences that anyone may have with you 18-19 year old females, you may have. I quite frankly have not had any females that have used creatine, other than a previous ABL player a few years back. I do not train this particular female, she is my fiance's sister and lives in another state. She is a senior is high school and is one of the better track athletes in the state. Primary event is the hurdles, and also competes in multiple events as do most sprinter/hurdler/jumpers at this age. Just curious what others may have to offer on this subject. My experience is that females have more problems with creatine digestion and seem to urinate more frequently than men of the same bodyweight. Truth is, only a handful of amateur, female athletes use creatine in my corner of the strength world.
