Checked out your site yet again and WOW (great looking teeth!! I need

veneers..) ...saw the picture of you when you were 26...that gives me

so much hope for looking fabulous *and being in the best shape of my

life* in my thirties (i am currently 28)--Couple questions: with the

exception of maybe the pizza and cadbury eggs....is " the stuff you

eat " authorized meals for the six meals required for this BFL

program? Back in the day when I attempted BFL...my meals were pretty

boring....(granted I am not a huge cook so boring is ok I suppose)

but trying to stimulate my tastebuds a bit more.....

One thing I avoided the last time I think was the " good fat " ----the

fact that I can have PB (1TBSP) is kind of a good thing...I found out

I LOVE stonewheat crackers, and steel cut oats....

Also....question about MEGA Whey Protein (which I happen to love) are

you supposed to use skim milk with it or water? Back in the day

(meaning when I was on BFL last fall) I used Skim milk with the

chocolate and it was AWESOME.....now I have Vanilla and mixed it with

Sunrise Flavor Crystal lite to make like a Cremesicle tasting

treat.....YUM (is that ok?)

Another question: is it totally more beneficial to do workouts first

thing in the morning (which would have to be 430 am for me)

I really can be in control of this with no excuses, I belong to 24

hour fitness 1/2 block from my house...I live alone, so I can buy any

groceries I need and not be tempted by " roomates " mac and cheese, ho

ho's , etc.....

I have not OFFICIALLY started BFL...I have a HUGE vegas trip this

weekend so this week I am just eating clean and working out but

Not " tracked " my food and gotten all the groceries I need,

etc....TILL next monday....I plan to not go CRAZY in vegas with the

Buffets and whatnot...haha

ANyway---I am sure I am going to be posting alot..so till next time-
