Guest guest
I did my lower body exercises exactly as described on the bfl website, except for the leg curls. The hamstring curl machine is directly facing the free weight section that was filled with men and I was too embarassed to turn all of this butt in their direction. I know I won't feel comfortable for awhile, so is there another exercise I can do for my hamstrings? Also, my boobs are too big too use the ab machine unless I'm doing something wrong. All the trainers at the ymca who walk around to answer questions are all men so I felt uncomfortable asking them and demonstrating how my breasts got in the way when using the machine. I may just have to stick to crunches if they are too large. What can I do after my chest exercises when the muscles start to pull in my chest. Is there a stretch for this? Every muscle I worked yesterday and today pulled. OUCH!!!! The rest I could work through but when my chest muscles started to pull it traveled up to my shoulder and down my upper arm. It really really hurt. Thanks again, Crimson
