I started BFL 4 weeks ago and I cannot believe it has gone by so fast, it is so part of my life now. I'm developing my 4 week photos tomorrow so I'm hoping there will be a difference! I know there is a huge difference inside! I just want to tell everyone I know about it...I'm like someone who has found a new religion where I worship health and fitness and now I want to convert everyone! (Sorry if that is sacreligous to anyone...no desire to offend) Anyhoo...here are my results from 4 weeks of hard work, a couple of slip ups eating wise (a couple of missed meals, a couple of meals with larger portions than I should, and a couple of meals with not the best carb choices...), but I have not missed a single workout! Started May 17th Inch loss in inches in 4 weeks: Neck: -.75 Chest: -1.25 Up.Arm: -.25 Forearm: No Change Waist: -2.00 Abdomen around Navel: -2.25 Hips: -3.25 Up.Thigh: -.50 Mid Thigh: Gained inches 2 weeks ago, now I'm back to where I was...I think my fatloss had to catch up with my muscle gain, as said... Calves: -.75 Lost 9.5 Pounds Lost 3.96% Body Fat (approximate) What d'ya think, eh? Pretty cool! PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION! I hope you all feel as good as I do! Take care and have a great week! I cannot wait to see what the next 4 to 8 weeks will bring! I hope you guys are doing well too! I don't even care anymore about how fast the weight comes off anymore, I'm taking one hour at a time...I just chuckle when I hear those Atkins folks bragging about their 4 to 6 pound weightloss a week...
