I believe " I can't believe it's not butter " is readily available in the US

and states " No trans fat "

on the container.

(3) correction: I meant to say is it really that bad to use just a

teaspoon of margarine or butter in my morning bowl of oatmeal once a

day?

Nothing wrong with caned. Probably want to get in water though, not

oil.

Sugar free maple syrup

flaxseed oil (I add these 2 together)

Vanilla extra

Personally I don't really use margarine or butter because of the

high amount of trans fats and if I do, I wouldn't use a teaspoon

of it (picture me with a sharp knife grating my toast with some

just for the taste ;>) and when I do use margarine, it's becel

(http://www.becelcanada.com/ ) which is one of the only margarines

out there with vritually no trans fats (I think you may get it

in the US?).

Yes, butter should be avoided. It is a bad fat. Add flaxseed oil, Udo's

oil, or natural peanut butter instead.

Good luck!
