Guest guest
I have started the challange so many times, only to quit when I felt like I was not getting fast enough results, I would look around for other things... I still have to fight it all of the time. The fact for me is that when I make it too hard, I cheat and then I go way off. I just finished week 5 and I have lost 3 inches off of my waist and 5 off of my abdomen. I am just trying to have faith that If I just keep going it will work for me. It may not be as fast as I want, but there is a limit to how fast anyone can lose weight. 2 pounds of fat a week is the limit, and 1 pound is still good. If I try to go faster than I am going, I am very likely to start binging and quit all together. I just have to remind myself I am on course!!! And then when I start to worry, I write here and everyone helps me out! > Hi girls - It's been about 2 weeks since my last post. I feel I need > a bit of encouragement. LOL! > NEW GOALS - In 12 weeks I WILL: > Drop to 15% bodyfat > Drink 1 gal. min water > Eat my Flax oil > Exercise BFL way 6x/week > Motivate others > Post regularly on BFL Women board > Eat 6x day properly > Plan and record in my journal > Any of you with similar stories?
