I'm not finding much on bread in there (just started reading it, but there are really very few bread recipes) so I thought I'd just ask for instant gratification. What is the general feeling on breads? I make my own using mostly whole wheat flour. There are obviously no preservatives, the bread tends to go bad within a week. And I use natural sweeteners.
