I will not make the seminar even though I think it would be great to go. If

anyone goes and the subject comes up about soaking and phyates, I would love to

know what she says. Specifically, Mercola says phyates are good now. Of course

he also says nearly all grains are bad. I am curious to her response.

Shoot, I can not find it now, it was in one of his most recent newsletters, I

cannot afford more time to look for it but I will try again later. I was

surprised when I saw it.
