Did you know that the BFL list of authorized foods is on the web? There are many protein choices there, so that list might give you some ideas. http://www.bodyforlife.com/nutrition.shtml I am slightly lactose intolerant, and sensitive to sodium, so I don't eat cottage cheese unless I'm desperate. Also I don't eat any meat at all, but here are some things I eat in case it helps you: egg whites, soy sausage and fruit oatmeal and protein powder tuna [steak] or shrimp with sweet potato tuna [pouch], lettuce, with fruit If none of this appeals to you, you can always keep the cottage cheese and try Beano or Lactaid! I'm gonna look for some meat substitutes next time I'm in the grocery store.
