Guest guest
My understanding of d-mannose is that e-coli love it. About 90% of all UTIs are caused by e-coli and when you take d-mannose, they let go of the bladder wall and go to the d-mannose and they slide out when the individual voids. If after a few days, you find the d-mannose does not help, know that the d-mannose works only with e-coli, not other bacteria. The recomendation then is to try another treatment.
