I'm having trouble figuring out how many egg whites is a portion of

protein ? I hard boiled the eggs... should I have 2 or 3 whites? or

more?

Thanks!

One whole egg has 6g protein. One white has 3.5g protein. BFLers usually shoot

for around 20-25g of protein per meal. Most people eat one whole egg plus 3-5

additional whites as a serving. Sometimes I live dangerously and just put two

whole hard-boiled eggs in my cooler. Generally though, if you're eating whole

eggs the calories and fat get too high before you get enough protein.

Here's an article with egg nutrition stats.

I have 4 egg whites and one whole egg. I am not sure on the stats, but it is

filling.
