Guest guest
Personally I love all the zone bars, at walmart they are 94cents here, not much more than a candy bar I also like the detour bars, also available at Walmart -- Protein bar question/advice Hi! I know it has probably been addressed before...but since I'm a newbie - - for those of you who use protein bars - what brands/flavors do you prefer?? The ones I keep finding have A LOT of carbs in them or are quite expensive. I don't intend to use them very often but maybe once in awhile. THANKS!! Guest guest
I really like ZONE bars, they are usually around 210 cals., 20g carbs, and 16 g. protein. They taste good (except for the raspberry one, yuck), and they are pretty cheap ($1.50 if they aren't on sale, sometimes I can find them cheaper). > Hi! Guest guest
My favorite right now is CarbWise PB Chocolate crunch. Very low in net carbs so to be BFL right you would probably need to add a small carb portion. Protein bar question/advice > Hi! Odyssey bars are actually a bit lower in sugar but I don't quite care for them as much. In a bind, I will use Zone or Balance Bars but they are quite a bit higher in sugar. Guest guest
I like the Eas Advantage ones (Lemon Cheesecake, Brownie, Apple Cinnamin) or the small Detour or OneWay bars. I can find some of these at Sam's or Walmart. Hope this helps! Gardner Tastefully Simple Team Leader ville, IN ID#4254 When I work, it's a party! I eat half of a bar and half a bananna between cardio and weight lifting and then finish both after my weight lifting. (I do cardio and weight lifting on the same days now, so that I only have to work out 5 days a week) Anyway, this bar is really good.
