Guest guest
Xenadrine is a thermogenic. I like it because I have seen results with it in the past. There seems to be great debate over thermogenics and whether or not they work especially now that ephedra has been banned. I have never used anything with ephedra in it and I believe these to work for me. If anything, they give a little pick-me-up due to the caffeine present in them. I like to use them even if people think it is all mental. I will take all the help I can get. Shauntel > > Hello everyone, > > > > I hope you are all having a wonderful day. Guest guest
I agree. I'm definitely pro-thermogenic. When I get back on the plan Monday, I'll be using up the last of the Phen-Free I have and replacing it with its successor in the EAS line: Thermodynamix <~~does anyone else in here use it? I am starting to drink a cup of green tea in the morning instead. THis works just as well and is natural. i have been switching back and forth between the two. Once my bottle is empty I will be done with Thermodynamix.
