Guest guest
in answer to , i use a K-tech grinder if you want to look that up on the internet there are several places that sell it, it is small and compact. the best one i have seen is a nutrimill, it is quiet and holds a lot of flour. i have had fun experimenting with grinding buckwheat, rye , wheat and many other grains since reading NT. Fresh is so much better. once place to get organic 50 lb bags of fresh wheat is through mom's dairy. they sell it for a farmer for an excellent price of about 10 dollars a bag. it is really a lot easier to grind flour than you might think, and it has so much more nutrition when fresh ground. have fun. and a quick thank you to the person who listed the whole grain soaking and recipie source. that was excellent information. salwa
