Guest guest Posted May 25, 2006 Report Share Posted May 25, 2006 Thirteen Mile Lamb Dogs Grassfed Gourmet Cookbook 1/4 cup quinoa (cooked rice or oats may also be used) 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup tomato sauce 1 & 1/2 t lemon pepper 1/4 cup minced parsley 2 T chopped mint 1 T chopped oregano 2 t minced rosemary 1 t salt 1/2 t pepper 2 T stone ground cornmeal (plus extra) for coating 1 pound ground lamb Mix everything except cornmeal in a bowl. Roll into 10 oblong balls. Press balls on skewers and roll in corn meal. Grill or broil 3-4 minutes on each side. I rolled mine in another beaten egg before rolling in corn meal.
